Feel Better, Starting Today
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy and evaluations tailored to you and your needs.
Walking Beside You Through Meaningful Change
I often describe therapy as walking through a dark forest. My role is not to choose your path or walk it for you, but to walk beside you, hold the flashlight, and help you see what may be difficult to recognize on your own.
For more than 10 years, I have supported children, adults, couples, and families through emotional challenges, relationship concerns, life transitions, and periods of uncertainty. As a bilingual, multicultural clinician, I understand that healing does not happen in isolation. Our culture, childhood experiences, relationships, family roles, and the environments in which we live all influence how we understand ourselves and connect with others.
My approach is warm, genuine, and grounded in real life. Drawing from structural family therapy, I help couples and families recognize the patterns, roles, boundaries, and interactions that may be keeping them stuck. I also value the depth of the psychodynamic process—understanding how the past continues to shape the present, accepting what cannot be changed, and making an intentional commitment to a healthier future.
I especially enjoy working with children and their families to create healthier relationships and stronger family functioning. I have both professional and personal experience supporting families of children with disabilities, developmental differences, and unique abilities. This perspective brings genuine understanding to my work while recognizing that every child and every family has a different story. I also provide comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations to help families better understand their child’s strengths, challenges, and support needs.
At AGM Psych, you will never be reduced to a diagnosis, a difficult season, or a list of symptoms. I want to understand the whole person and the whole family—the experiences that shaped you, the strengths you already carry, and the life you hope to build. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, compassionate, and sometimes even filled with laughter, because meaningful work can be both challenging and deeply human.
Whatever brings you here, you do not have to figure it out alone. I would be honored to walk beside you and help shine a light on the next step forward.
Let’s take the next step together.

Children do not always have the words to explain what they are feeling. Emotional distress may instead show up through changes in behavior, irritability, withdrawal, difficulty at school, trouble with transitions, frequent worries, tantrums, sleep concerns, or challenges in relationships with parents, siblings, or peers.
At A Growth Mentality Psychological Services, Inc., child psychotherapy provides a supportive, developmentally appropriate, and nonjudgmental space where children can learn to understand and express their emotions, build coping skills, and develop healthier ways of responding to everyday challenges.
Helping Children Feel Understood
Therapy with children looks different than therapy with adults. Depending on the child’s age and needs, sessions may incorporate conversation, play-based activities, creative interventions, behavioral strategies, and parent collaboration to help the child feel comfortable and engaged.
Treatment is individualized and may focus on:
Anxiety and excessive worry
Emotional regulation
Tantrums and behavioral concerns
Difficulty with transitions or changes in routine
ADHD-related challenges
Social skills and peer relationships
Self-esteem and confidence
School-related stress
Family changes or separation
Grief and loss
Anger and frustration tolerance
Coping with developmental or learning challenges
Parent-child communication
Adjustment to major life changes
Building coping, problem-solving, and communication skills
When clinically appropriate, parents and caregivers are included in the therapeutic process so that strategies learned in session can be reinforced at home and across other important environments.
Our goal is to help children feel safe, understood, and supported while giving families practical tools to strengthen emotional development, communication, and connection.
Child psychotherapy is available in person and virtually when developmentally and clinically appropriate.
Initial Session: $250
The first session includes a comprehensive clinical intake, review of developmental and behavioral concerns, treatment planning, and selected standardized assessment tools when clinically appropriate to better understand the child’s current emotional and behavioral functioning.
Subsequent Sessions: $200 per session
AGM Psych is a self-pay/private-pay practice. Detailed statements or superbills are available upon request for families who wish to pursue possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Growing Your Mentality, Empowering Your Life.
Sometimes symptoms, behaviors, or life challenges do not fit neatly into one explanation. A psychological evaluation can help clarify what may be contributing to emotional, behavioral, developmental, or cognitive concerns and provide a more complete understanding of an individual’s functioning.
At A Growth Mentality Psychological Services, Inc., psychological evaluations are comprehensive, individualized, and designed to answer specific clinical questions. Rather than relying on a single test, the evaluation process integrates clinical history, behavioral observations, standardized assessment measures, relevant records, and collateral information when appropriate.
Clarity Through Comprehensive Assessment
Psychological evaluations may be helpful when there are concerns related to:
Anxiety, depression, or other emotional symptoms
ADHD and attention-related concerns
Autism Spectrum Disorder or developmental differences
Behavioral or emotional regulation difficulties
Diagnostic clarification
Personality and psychological functioning
Executive functioning concerns
Adaptive functioning
Complex or overlapping symptoms
Treatment planning
Questions regarding a previous diagnosis
Changes in functioning that require further evaluation
The specific assessment measures used are selected based on the individual’s age, history, presenting concerns, and referral question.
All testing services utilize standardized, norm-referenced, empirically supported, valid, and reliable assessment measures selected specifically for the individual being evaluated.
The goal is not simply to provide a diagnosis. A comprehensive evaluation should help answer what is happening, why it may be happening, how it is affecting daily functioning, and what supports or treatment recommendations may be most appropriate moving forward.
What may be included?
Depending on the referral question, an evaluation may include a clinical interview, review of relevant records, standardized psychological testing, behavioral and emotional assessment, attention and executive-function measures, adaptive functioning measures, diagnostic-specific instruments, and collateral information from caregivers or other providers when clinically appropriate.
Following completion of the evaluation, clients receive a comprehensive written report summarizing findings, diagnostic impressions when applicable, and individualized recommendations. A feedback session is also provided to review the results and answer questions.
Psychological Evaluation Fee Range: $3,500–$4,500
The final fee depends on the complexity of the referral question and the amount of testing required. Your specific scope of services and fee will be reviewed with you before testing begins.
Psychological testing is primarily completed in person at our Doral location, with portions of the evaluation process available virtually when clinically appropriate. Select services are available in English and Spanish.
AGM Psych is a self-pay/private-pay practice. Detailed statements or superbills are available upon request for clients who wish to pursue possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Life can become overwhelming even when, from the outside, everything appears to be going well. Adults often carry multiple roles at once — professional responsibilities, relationships, parenting, family expectations, personal goals, and the pressure to keep functioning through it all.
At A Growth Mentality Psychological Services, Inc., adult psychotherapy provides a supportive, confidential, and nonjudgmental space to slow down, better understand what you are experiencing, and develop healthier ways of coping with life’s demands.
Create Space for Yourself
Therapy is not only for moments of crisis. It can also be a space for reflection, growth, greater self-awareness, and learning how to navigate life with more intention.
Treatment is individualized and may focus on:
Anxiety and excessive worry
Stress and burnout
Depressive symptoms
Emotional regulation
Life transitions and major changes
Relationship difficulties
Parenting stress
Work and career-related pressure
Self-esteem and confidence
Boundaries and people-pleasing
Grief and loss
Identity and personal growth
Difficult family dynamics
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted
Learning to better understand patterns, triggers, and emotional responses
The goal of therapy is not to tell you what to do. Instead, treatment provides a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported while developing greater insight, practical coping strategies, and healthier patterns that align with the life you want to create.
Adult psychotherapy is available virtually and in person.
Initial Session: $250
The first session is more comprehensive and includes a clinical intake, review of presenting concerns, treatment planning, and selected standardized assessment tools when clinically appropriate to better understand symptoms and establish a baseline.
Subsequent Sessions: $200 per session
AGM Psych is a self-pay/private-pay practice. Detailed statements or superbills are available upon request for clients who wish to pursue possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Every relationship has its own story, strengths, challenges, and seasons of change. Couples may seek therapy because they are experiencing conflict or disconnection, while others simply want to strengthen an already healthy relationship, improve communication, or better understand one another.
At A Growth Mentality Psychological Services, Inc., couples therapy provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space where both partners can feel heard, identify patterns that may be affecting the relationship, and work toward healthier ways of communicating and connecting.
Strengthen Your Connection
Couples therapy is not only for relationships in crisis. It can also be an opportunity to become more intentional about your partnership, deepen emotional intimacy, and create a stronger foundation for the future.
Treatment is individualized to the needs of each couple and may focus on:
Communication difficulties and recurring arguments
Emotional disconnection or feeling like you have grown apart
Trust concerns, including infidelity or dishonesty

When a child or adolescent is struggling academically, the difficulty is not always simply a matter of effort or motivation. Challenges with attention, learning, memory, processing speed, executive functioning, emotional functioning, or other underlying factors can all affect how a student performs in school.
At A Growth Mentality Psychological Services, Inc., psychoeducational evaluations are designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of a student’s learning profile, academic strengths, areas of difficulty, and the factors that may be interfering with school performance.
Understanding How Your Child Learns
A psychoeducational evaluation may be helpful when there are concerns related to:
Reading, writing, or mathematics difficulties
Dyslexia or other specific learning disorders
ADHD or attention-related concerns
Executive functioning challenges
Slow processing speed
Memory or working-memory concerns
Academic underachievement
Giftedness or advanced learning needs
School-related anxiety or emotional concerns
Difficulty completing assignments or keeping up with classroom demands
Inconsistent academic performance
Questions regarding the need for accommodations or additional school support
The evaluation process is individualized and may include measures of cognitive functioning, academic achievement, attention, executive functioning, memory, behavioral and emotional functioning, and other areas relevant to the referral question.
All testing services utilize standardized, norm-referenced, empirically supported, valid, and reliable assessment measures selected based on the student’s age, history, presenting concerns, and educational needs.
The goal is not simply to identify a diagnosis. A comprehensive psychoeducational evaluation should help explain how the student learns, where difficulties are occurring, what strengths can be built upon, and what supports may help the student succeed academically.
What may be included?
Depending on the referral question, the evaluation may include:
Clinical and developmental interview
Review of educational records
Cognitive assessment
Academic achievement testing
Attention and executive-function measures
Memory and processing measures
Behavioral and emotional questionnaires
Parent and teacher rating scales
Review of prior interventions or accommodations
Diagnostic formulation when applicable
Individualized academic and behavioral recommendations
Comprehensive written report
Feedback session to review results and recommendations
Findings may be useful when families are discussing IEP eligibility, Section 504 accommodations, academic interventions, testing accommodations, or other school-based supports. Final eligibility decisions are made by the student’s school team.
Psychoeducational Evaluation Fee Range: $3,000–$4,500
The final fee depends on the complexity of the referral question, amount of testing required, records reviewed, and whether additional collateral information is needed. Your specific evaluation plan and fee will be discussed before testing begins.
Psychoeducational testing is primarily completed in person at our Doral location, with portions of the evaluation process available virtually when clinically appropriate. Select services are available in English and Spanish.
AGM Psych is a self-pay/private-pay practice. Detailed statements or superbills are available upon request for families who wish to pursue possible out-of-network reimbursement.

Stories of Joy
“I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Davis. I came to her as a worried mom, with so many questions and concerns about my son, and from the very beginning, she made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and truly heard. She took the time to listen to every concern I had and never once made me feel rushed or dismissed.
What I appreciate most about Dr. Davis is how caring and supportive she has been throughout this entire journey. Every time I called her worried or needing reassurance, she was there to listen. She always made me feel like my concerns as a mother mattered, and her patience, compassion, and kindness have meant more to me than I can put into words.
I am beyond grateful for the care she has shown my son and for the support she has given me as his mom. When it comes to your child, finding someone you truly trust is priceless, and I feel incredibly blessed that we found Dr. Davis. She genuinely cares about her patients and their families, and I would recommend her wholeheartedly to any parent. ❤️”
